Meeing Registration Instructions - using Meeting Vouchers (updated July 2017)

If you a Member on the new ifmaKC structure, 10 vouchers have been allotted to your account to use for Program Meetings.

To ensure our staff orders enough space, food and drinks for our events, all Members must still register online 2 days prior to each event they attend.  To use your vouchers, please register and follow these steps

  1. Login to your account and select the event you want to attend
  2. Fill in required information and click Continue
  3. Add a Member ticket under Available Tickets and click Add
  4. On the right side of the screen you should see: You have one or more vouchers that you can apply to applicable member ticket purchases.  Under this statement is a dropdown to select a voucher (select 1).
  5. Click Apply and then Continue

Monthly Program Meetings Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  • Reservations (Registrations/RSVPs) are due 48 business hours before the Program Meeting.  Ie. for a typical Tuesday Program Meeting, RSVPs must be received by 11:30am the prior Friday.

  • The on-line reservation system will not accept RSVP’s after the deadline.

  • Due to catering order requirements, if your registration is not received by the RSVP deadline, we will not be able to provide you with food or drink.  We do, however, encourage you to attend.  To do so, please pay the regular program fee at the door by cash or check.

  • Again, due to catering order requirements, if you register but do not attend, you will be billed/charged for the meeting.

  • Reminder, if you are using a Pay Pack, you must still RSVP before the deadline to receive food and drink.  If you do not RSVP, you may attend but no food and drink will be provided.

  • Cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the Program Meeting will be issued a credit for a future meeting.

 

Educational Seminar Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Registrations/RSVPs are required for all Education Events.

  • The on-line reservation system will not accept RSVPs after the deadline.

  • Due to catering order requirements, speaker costs, and material costs, if your registration is not received by the RSVP deadline, you will not be able to attend the seminar.

  • Again, due to catering order requirements, speaker costs, and seminar material costs, if you register but do not attend, you will be billed/charged for the meeting.

  • Due to speaker costs, site fees, catering, and seminar material costs you will need to register and pay on-line prior to the event. Paying at the door will not be an option unless special arrangements are made.

  •  Cancellations received at least 5 business days prior to the educational seminar will be issued a partial refund.  We will be able to refund half of the registration fee. Cancellations received at least 10 business days prior to the educational seminar will receive a full refund.
