Is membership transferable within my company?
Memberships are for individuals, not companies and are non-transferable. However, others from your company are welcome to attend events at the non-member rate.

Can I access the member directory?
Yes, as an ifmaKC member, you have access to our Member Directory through our website. 
Please note that this directory is intended for individual contact and should NOT be used for mass marketing purposes.​

Why are there additional fees for special events?
Chapter dues help fund standard events, webinars, and programs. Special events may have additional costs to cover expenses such as food, speakers, and venue rentals.​

Can I attend a meeting before becoming a member?
Absolutely! Non-members are welcome to attend our events.  Vendor guests will have a non-member fee and FM Professionals attending their first regular program will be complimentary; subsequent events will have a non-member fee.​

Does IFMA offer a Lifetime Membership?
No, IFMA no longer offers Lifetime Memberships.

What is an IFMA Fellow?
The IFMA Fellow designation is the most prestigious title bestowed by the Association, recognizing outstanding contributions and service. Fellows serve as advisors and ambassadors for the Association.​
